Elizabeth Gillett strives to create unique,
long-wearing items our customers will love. If you feel less than
happy with one of your purchases, please contact us by filling out
this form for an exchange or full refund.
We accept return requests within 15 business days of your receipt
of the item. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used
to make the original purchase. It may take up to two billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Shipping & Payment Information
Orders are processed and sent within three business days of being
received. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out of stock. We
will email you a notice within 1 business day of receving your order
if there are any expected delays. Once your order ships you will receive
an email with a tracking number.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express.
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is
on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.
Shipping Times:
--Ground: 5-7 business days
--2nd Day Air: within 2 business days for orders placed before 3pm.
Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm are sent the following
Monday.
--Next Day Air: within 1 business day for orders placed before 3pm.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm are sent the following
Monday.
--Shipping to PO Boxes: Sorry, but at this time we do not ship to
PO boxes.
--Shipping outside North America: Please contact us directly through
this form to confirm rates & delivery time.

Sales tax
We collect sales tax on items that cost more than $110.00 that are
shipped to addresses in New York State.
